ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Megan’s Fridge is a student-run food sharing initiative at Concordia University, managed by the Hive Free Lunch and enuf Concordia that provides free food to the community through a publicly accessible fridge and pantry. The project helps reduce food waste while improving access to food for students and community members.
The fridge is stocked through donations, community contributions, and rescued food, and anyone can take what they need.

📦 Pantry shelf – non-perishable foods like canned goods and snacks
♻️ Food waste reduction – redistributes surplus food that would otherwise be discarded

- Megan’s Fridge is created by enuf Concordia in collaboration with Hive Free Lunch as a community fridge initiative at Loyola Campus, located within the Hive Free Lunch space in the SC Building.
The fridge is designed to:
- provide barrier-free access to food
- reduce food waste
- encourage mutual aid and community care
